M. ""plays"" the stock market and has for a long time. He's always sure his next investment will put him over the top, and then it fails. And then it happens again . . . and again.
It took a tremendous amount of time and money spilled along the way for M. to realize he is severely addicted to trading, Forex, and other types of legal gambling. By the time the people around him realized that his only real income was about as much as a child's allowance, it was nearly too late.
Now, finally, M. is being treated at a professional center for addictions, and he is recovering. With tears and an aching heart, the family had to sell their apartment, and Mrs. M. went out to work. But to truly get back on their feet and make a living is going to require tremendous help from the outside. Â
